Telephone System Issues

We are currently experiencing significant problems with our telephone lines at the Northdown site, with calls being interrupted or disconnected.

An engineer is on site and actively working to resolve a line fault as quickly as possible.

If you are unable to get through by phone, please be aware that our reception and clinical teams are aware of the issue and are doing their best to assist patients during this disruption.

For urgent medical needs, please use the appropriate NHS services. If your condition is life-threatening, call 999 immediately.

We apologise for the inconvenience and appreciate your patience and understanding while the fault is being repaired.

We will provide further updates as soon as we have them.
